About the Designer
Ken Shuey has designed hundreds of individual custom modular and systems-built homes that have been constructed for individual buyers over the past 20 years. He is an experienced builder, has been a sales rep, design consultant, designer, and Vice President in charge of Design of the Northeast's largest modular homebuilder. He is an artist, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. His renderings and floor plans are used by a large number of modular and systems-built homes contractors and manufacturers throughout the U.S. For the past two years Ken has been the official designer for the Modular Home Center, and its nearly 300 affiliated builders.
