The benefits of using these techniques include, among other things, labor efficiencies, a higher quality product, a faster production schedule, and savings on the cost of materials.
Full size, architecturally flexible Cohen Brothers Homes that are typically stick-built in the field are built in a factory environment. Finished homes, including floor coverings, light fixtures, cabinetry and appliances, are subsequently transported as entire units to permanent foundations within the development.
