The WHBS is predicated on the application of parallel, non-sequential, systems-based engineering and process-based manufacturing techniques to build best modular homes.
Cohen Brothers Homebuilding techniques have been increasingly applied and refined over the past century in virtually every industry that produces goods of significant value with the notable exception of the home building industry. The benefits of using these techniques include, among other things, labor efficiencies, a higher quality product, a faster production schedule, and savings on the cost of materials.
Full size, architecturally flexible Cohen Brothers Homes that are typically stick-built in the field are built in a factory environment. Finished homes, including floor coverings, light fixtures, cabinetry and appliances, are subsequently transported as entire units to permanent foundations within the development.
