Developing Modular Home Plans
If you have some custom modular home plans you have developed on your home, the sales person will know you have a good idea what you want and that final modular home plans should adhere closely to the draft the customer created.
Modular home plans include a great many things, but they are especially important for the extra features you wish to include. Just like a car, factory equipment doesn't need to be noted; however, any deviations or additions from the original plans need to be noted. Without good modular home plans, the builder will not know if you want a deck, basement, attic or even different interior colors.
