Choosing a Modular Home Plan
Everything you want included will be on your modular home plan, and it is much easier to include extras at the beginning than later.
Before the builder begins construction of your home, look at your custom modular home plan to make sure everything you ordered is included.
This is especially important if you ordered a basement or attic because once it's constructed and you move in, you will not be able to add those items while you are living in the home.
If you fail to note it in the original modular home plan, you will need to find somewhere else to stay while the additional features are added.
