Choosing a Modular Home Plan
You will have to take the time to choose a modular home plan before your new home is built. Even if you don't add any additional features, you will need a modular home plan so that the builder knows exactly what is going into your new home.
Most people choose a variety of different options such as a deck, porch or other features that make your modular home look more like a pre-constructed home than a pre-fabricated home. Just because you have chosen something more economical, you do not need to choose to eliminate extras from your modular home plan.
